Holydays 2017

NCCI-LOGO-Black-Lettering
Shalom. My name is Arieyah Ben Naseek and I am the Congressional Overseer of this beautiful tabernacle that I am proud to say I oversee and fellowship in. New Covenant Congregation of Israel Tabernacle Elohim was erected for the sole purpose of assisting people in their spiritual development through the word of Yah called Sinaiticism, the study of the Torah. Torah means instructions in Hebrew. NCCI’s calendar system is based upon the Torah or Yah’s instructions. As our weekly Sabbath, we observe a seven day repetitive cycle from creation (Yah worked 6 days and rested on the seventh) as our seven day calendar week. We observe our fixed or appointed Holydays or festivals by the conjunction moon, which are the only days that are fixed to the moon. Below you will find our New Moon and Festive days calendar and the day we meet. In addition we have enclosed the dates that one would want to take off work to celebrate these solemn festive occasions as a memorial to Yah in observance of his Sabbaths, which are to be kept in all our dwellings.

There are two calendars at your disposal. There is the Layman’s calendar and the Technical calendar.

  • The Layman’s calendar will tell you the Holyday being observed, the time of convocation and the days you should take off work. Please click here for the Layman Calendar.
  • The Technical calendar reflects the technical components which govern how we have derived at these dates and times for our festivities and convocations. The Please click here for the Technical Calendar, If you wish to print this technical calendar, it is formatted for legal size paper due to the amount of information given.

We observe the dark conjunction moon according to Psalm 81:3 for our New Moons and we base our New Year according to ripened barley in Yisrael. Ripened barley and the subsequent New Moon introduce our New Year and the subsequent months and Holydays that we are commanded to commemorate as Holy gatherings. Should you have any questions regarding the Holydays or calendar, please email arieyah@nccicharlotte.com.
